This recipe makes one sandwich for a child 2-8 years old:

2 slices Wonder+ whole wheat bread

1 ¼ oz. (44 g) lower sodium, lean, oven roasted chicken or turkey

1 leaf romaine lettuce, rinsed and dried

4 thinly sliced English cucumber rings

2 tsp. (10 mL) margarine (optional)

1. Gently spread the margarine evenly over the Wonder+ whole wheat bread.
